Wiring Guide, Toyota how we do it.

All Of our Connections are made using Glue Lined Adhesive Shrink tube.  This seals the connection from the elements and adds a layer of protection.

Wiring harness are always routed in front of radiators and around the sides of the engine bay, away from the fan and moving parts of the motor thus to never interfere with the sensitive parts of the motor.

We test and retest connections and wire runs to make sure that they are not interfering with other vehicle functions.

Lots of the newer Toyota LED lights are run using a Can Bus System where they are computer controlled.   Because of this, we do not interrupt these wires, or tap into any of them as it could lead to electrical issues and failures of expensive parts.

All connections will be fused.  We don't compromise on this.  The Only power wires that we don't use fusing on is winch wires. Where we take the extra time to protect them from grounds and sheathing wear through.

We install a huge amount of lighting for trucks.  Baja Designs, Diode Dynamics and Morimoto to name a few.  When we can, we will use their pre engineered wiring harness to make the runs.  They come with cable protection, fusing and sealed ends from the factory.
